Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Product once sold can not be returned unless the received product is not what was described in the listing.
  • Event tickets can not be returned or cancelled. No refund can be claimed under any circumstances other than event cancelled by the organizing committee. In such a case, refund amount will be calculated after deducting all advance vendor payments and accommodation booking amount.
  • Damage to the product during transit is not the responsibility of and hence no compensation or return will be given. Customer should deal directly with the logistic vendor. However, will coordinate and help the communication.
  • Digital products can not be returned once sold. These items can not be transferred to other customers.
  • In case, after mutual agreement, customer & agrees to make arrangement for return, the same shall be dealt offline and not through payment gateway.
  • Payment gateway is not liable to return or refund any amount.
